Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.meiziya.com ("Meiziya" or "we" or "us" or “Platform”). The following are the terms and conditions of our Shipping Policy.
Free Delivery (Terms & Conditions)
Spend RM250.00 to RM999.99 - Free Shipping (Capped at RM10.00)
Spend RM1,000.00 to RM2,499.99 - Free Shipping (Capped at RM50.00)
Spend RM2,500.00 and above - Free Shipping (Capped at RM100.00)
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipping Processing Time
All orders will be processed by the seller within 2-3 business days (i.e. a day on which the banks are open for business in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and excludes weekends and public holidays).
If we are experiencing high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Should there be any significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone or you can login to your account under the Platform for more information.
For products which require pre-order and/or have to be custom-built as displayed by the Sellers on the "Product Description Page" on the Platform, it may take longer than the usual delivery time for the Products to be delivered to you after payment.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for each order will be calculated and displayed at checkout and varies depending on the logistics providers chosen by you from the Platform. Deliveries will be processed within 3 to 10 business days depending on the distance of the shipping destinations and shipment volume. Deliveries will be made by the logistics providers approved by us and/or listed under EasyParcel Platform, with some of the logistics providers listed in the table below:

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Should there be any significant delay in the delivery of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone or you can login to your account under our Platform for more information.
In the event of a seller arranges for its own logistics service provider, the shipping charges and the delivery area coverage is determined by the seller.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours after receiving them. You will also be able to find your tracking number under your account login in our Platform.
You acknowledge that where a seller arranges for its own logistic service provider, some delivery information including tracking number may not be available on the Platform.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Meiziya is not responsible for any customs and taxes applicable to your order. All fees (tariffs, taxes, etc.) imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer and bare by the Customer.
Damages
Meiziya will not be liable for any loss or damage to the product during shipping process. If you received your order damaged, please contact our customer care support at [email protected] or +60 11-1113 9088 by taking a photo and description for exchange or refund submission.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside Malaysia.
Cancellation, Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
Liability
Subject to the terms and conditions of the Meiziya Member (MM) and Career Member (MCM) Agreement Malaysia, Meiziya, the seller or you may cancel any order made via the Platform; and should you decide to return, exchange or request for a refund, you must notify the seller via the Platform within ten (10) days from the date of receipt of the Product. For more information on the policy for cancellation, return, refund and exchange, please refer to Meiziya Product Buy Back/Refund and Exchange Policy, which can be obtained from www.meiziya.com/refundpolicy.
Liability
Meiziya shall not be liable for any losses, claims, judgments, damages, interest, actions, causes of action, costs and expenses, disbursements or other liabilities of any nature whatsoever (collectively, "Losses") arising from the delivery of product to you. The seller shall be responsible for the Losses arising from the delivery of product to you in accordance with the Meiziya Member (MM) and Career Member (MCM) Agreement Malaysia.
Dispute
Any dispute relating to shipping of product shall be between you and the seller. We will use our best endeavour to assist the parties to resolve their issues. However, the seller is entitled to make its own decision.
